I loved spending my time in this reasonably clean great budget hotel. In general the staff were attentive and helpful.

The hotel was fairly clean and had phenomenal stuff especially Lucas the manager who was very attentive to the issues that occurred at the property. Had a terrific and attractive room with a balcony and updated bathroom, as for instance, and I could n't ask for more. I truly enjoyed the stay here.

Overall clean hotel with exceptional views, we think it's a convenient base for staying in Kissimmee. The rooms are well-kept and non-smoking, have huge bathroom.

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a fairly nice area, next to other fun activities as well as parks.

It was fairly clean with attentive staff especially Lucas the manager who was very attentive to the issues that occurred at the hotel.

I appreciated my time in this property. Had a fine stay for the price, everything was perfect. Excellent location, a short walk to Lake Cecile.

Everything was fine, this hotel had brand-new rooms and its breakfast was light. The property had a central location and it was a few steps away from Fantasy Surf.

It was an incredible stay. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were absolutely amazing. Premier location in a shopping area. The room was elegant and inviting. Lots of various drinks, such as espresso and great cocktails in the bar.

We really enjoyed our stay there, it was amazing. Experienced staff & beautiful location, everything was incredible. Rooms with updated bathroom and 2 comfy beds, as example.

Cozy hotel with exceptional staff and an amazing breakfast

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was magnificent next to the Disney Parks, shops, beauty salon, snack bars and restaurants. The room was fully renovated with updated bathroom and pullout sofa, for example US$ 210. The outdoor restaurant in a walking distance area was the best part.

The place is stunningly beautiful and fairly clean, everything is great, it should have higher than 3 star rating.

everything was brand-new, the service was helpful. warm family room and the bed was so cozy. the restaurant was awesome and the staff where particularly helpful. speedy check-in too.

the property was clean, featured nice design, i enjoyed it. the staff was responsive, they made the stay very mediocre. it was so close to shops as well as orlando, handy location overall. .

Internet connection was terrible.

The lobby was nice and clean. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with 2 comfy beds, updated bathroom plus the shower. I loved the pretty nice area really close to the Disney Parks and stores. Good customer care too. I could park the car nearby.

Location and staff were perfect, we liked that everything was fine. It was located in a good area so close to Disney or Orlando and major theme Parks and outlet shopping and other fun activities:)))

It is cosy venue in a perfect location right on lake, the services it offers are very good.

The location was awesome and the view was absolutely fabulous, the service was excellent. All staff were funny and gave some tips about Kissimmee. Espresso bar was nice! Swimming pool was good too.

It was just perfect time in Kissimmee. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the cigar bar.

The staff was unobtrusive and the breakfast was outstanding! Warm and gorgeous room. Had complementary drinks in the outdoor bar in the evening. Brilliant location a few steps away from shops and supermarket. The hotel was absolutely incredible and the casual restaurant was amazing.

Good value, perfectly fine 3 star hotel. The staff were eager to help with any inquires and was nice. Had delicious drinks in the sports bar. The weather was pleasant, had very relaxing stay.

Everything here was really good and my room was opulent. I only stayed 1 night, but the hotel staff were ready to help - ticked all the boxes for me. Awesome facilities and the pool was very clean.

Low-budget hotel, good-sized and welcoming room. They made my stay fantastic. The location was peaceful, 4-6 minutes walking distance from Shadi Agha Mosque. The food they offered was cheap, had plenty of meals. The pool was lovely too.

First class location and staff, the hotel itself was spotless. We loved our room that was cleaned and available with pullout sofa and the balcony, for instance. Premier property in an unbelievable area of Kissimmee. We spent an absolutely amazing time here, would recommend to anyone.

the hotel was well furnished, but i stayed for 5 nights only. the venue was in a perfect location, i loved quiet room and hospitable staff. everything was perfectly fine and within 26 minutes' drive of orlando international airport. decent service during my real good stay.

Mountain view, very professional stuff. The bed was fine and breakfast was savoury. I loved an Ottoman decor and modern furniture. Exceptional service and a top-notch restaurant, available onsite.

Such a wonderful experience. I loved really comfortable location, extremely comfy rooms and RESPONSIVE staff. I slept so comfy in the extra comfortable bed. New facilities there.

Reasonably clean place, TOP-CLASS staff, fab location. The room was super and super with lovely furniture. A beautiful beach, absolutely stunning view. The poolside bar was large and the drinks were refreshing.

For lunch or dinner go to Pizzeria Italia, located a couple of blocks away the hotel. In fact, free parking was a big advantage. It is surely good value...

Room had balcony and bed was super. Truly enjoyed that it was next door to Goodwin bus station. Great value for money, we will be back.

There's no better place to stay in Kissimmee. We appreciated hotel's location and rooms...

Breakfast offers lots of coffee, cereal and yogurt. A comfy bed in our room.
